MUSEUM OF BUS TRANSPORTATION
2010 FLEA MARKET VENDOR FORM & REGULATIONS
The 2010 Flea Market will be held in the Memorial Annex Building of the Museum's George Sage Complex approx. 1 mile away from the main Museum from 9:00 AM till 3:00 PM on both Friday, June 4th and Saturday, June 5th, 2010. Flea Market table space (with or without a table) is being leased at $50.00 per space whether you are there for one day or two days. We have a firm limit at this time of 50 spaces and reservations are accepted on a "first paid - first reserved" basis.
Vendor set-up times will be:
Thursday, June 3rd, from noon till 4:00 PM,
Friday morning, June 4th, from 7:00 AM till 8:30 AM, and
Saturday morning, June 5th, from 7:00 AM to 8:30 AM,
On Thursday only, set-up may be done through all doors of the Annex building. On Friday and Saturday morning, set-up must be through the rear doors only. Very limited electrical service is available. Take-down of tables may begin after 2:00 PM each day. Take-down on Friday must be through rear doors, on Saturday after 3 PM through all doors.
There is a maximum of 2 vendors permitted free admission per space. Others will pay the $2.00 Fling fee for the two days (includes parking, shuttle, admission to Fling grounds.) The Museum allows one car or van (SUV) per vendor to be parked in the Fling area. Other parking including large vehicles must be at main Museum. There is no parking allowed in the driveway to the annex or in front of the annex building during Flea Market hours. All vendors must have a valid Pennsylvania State Resale license/number.
Vendor sales are limited to bus memorabilia, bus collectible, and bus industry related items. Food and drink will be available on the premises all day, both days. See: www.busmuseum.org for available host Inns and other information.
Please note: No vendor is allowed to block the aisles--either with merchandise or with chairs/stools. Please be sure that you remove all boxes/cartons when you leave as we have no garbage pickup onsite. No animals will be allowed except for service animals.
